RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts only 7 days from the day package was delivered. Anything after 7 days will not be acceptable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it with the original tag attached and packaging. Item will be inspected for ANY stains (make up, deodorant, etc., any stain that shouldn't be there) damage, missing items (beads, etc.) and any funky smell (smoke, etc.). If any of these applies, item will be exempt from being returned and it will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Any item that is on SALE

Please send us an email at support@enchantingwear.com for the detailed reason of your return along with photos and videos and we will send you the return address and you will be responsible for the shipping cost. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

If wrong product or wrong size was sent or have any issues with the product caused by us, please contact support@enchantingwear.com within 3 working days from the date of delivery and provide evidence to prove the problem (pictures/videos please). Enchanting Wear may refuse the refund application if the buyer fails to provide compelling evidence in time.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items that are on SALE are final, no refunds. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only accept EXCHANGE requests about SIZE (Only if item size is available). And the clothes should also be unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise and in sellable condition. You will be responsible for the shipment and cost.

Special deals are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to product nature.

We will only replace items if you received them defective or damaged. Please check your item right away upon receiving them.
